Timbuk2 are the original San Francisco messenger bag brand, are still at the top of their game and this latest offering is no exception. The new Light Bright bag gets a big ultra reflective red stripe on its waterproof nylon body for increased commuting visibility. The big gusseted flap will shrug off storms and drizzle alike.
It'll swallow a vast amount of gear in the big 30x25x15cm central section, with laptop divider, while the vast array of internal apron pockets, wallet-style card slots and multiple zipped front pockets will keep the most neurotic compartmentalist happy. The side zipped stash is super useful for whipping out keys/wallet/cash without unstrapping the whole bag, but there's a quick-release buckle on the long main strap so you don't have to readjust it every time you use it.
Padded shoulder strap, optional side strap to stop it swinging round when you're giving it beans and a stiff LED light loop complete the standard spec but there's also a full custom colour and feature option on the Timbuk2 site.
