Devo Wrap: Racing in the Netherlands is no Small feat
Three womenand#39;s one-day road races in a four-day span in the Netherlands took center stage of USA Cyclingand#39;s National Development Program last week. Carmen Small turned in the best performances of the bunch, routinely challenging the leaders throughout the races, including placing just 16 seconds behind the winner at Drentse 8 van Dwingeloo.
