The CycleOps rollers are pre-installed so they're ready to go from the box, and the frame stands up when folded which is handy for storage.
There's no shaping or bumpers to stop you falling off the sides but, while the alloy rollers feel noticeably more 'icy' than PVC ones, they're fast to get rolling and give a really smooth ride when the pace picks up.
Mid-sized drums mean enough resistance for a decent big-ring workout, although they can slow down quite quickly if you're sprinting.
