Hammer delivers bronze on Day 4 of track worlds
Sarah Hammer on Saturday delivered Americaand#39;s first medal at the 2012 UCI Track World Championships in Hisense Arena in Melbourne. Hammer won the bronze medal in the womenand#39;s omnium in a seesaw battle with Tara Whitten. In reaching the podium in the womenand#39;s omnium at the world championships, Hammer has earned an automatic nomination to the 2012 Olympic team.
