Congratulations to the USA Cycling Athletes of the Year!
USA Cycling will award its annual andldquo;Athlete of the Yearandrdquo; designations on Nov. 5 at the 2011 U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame Induction ceremony in Davis, Calif. Congratulations to Stephen Ettinger, and to Sarah Hammer, Lauren Tamayo, Dotsie Bausch, and Jennie Reed!
