USA Cycling names Center of Excellence recipients for 2010
USA Cycling recognized eight teams through the USA Cycling Development Foundationandrsquo;s Centers of Excellence program for 2010. Winners were chosen based on organizational criteria and performance results in developing junior and U23 athletes. Two new organizations, which were previously unrecognized by the Centers of Excellence program, made it onto the list: the NOW-MS Society teamand theSho-Air Junior Team.
