Last month saw 15 USA Cycling officials graduate from level B to level A. USA Cycling International Commissaire, Phil Miller, taught two level A clinics in January andndash; one in Warwick, R.I. and one in Chicago, Ill. By reaching level A, these cycling officials have made the transition from the local and regional level to the national level. This gives them access to higher level races, as well as opportunities to work at national championships, UCI races, and NRC races.
