Watkins finishes 6th in Olympic men’s sprint, Lea 12th in omnium
Jimmy Watkins gave the United States its best Olympic finish in the menandrsquo;s sprint in 12 years, finishing sixth at the Olympic Velodrome on Sunday. Bobby Lea recorded a string of personal bests to place 12th in the menandrsquo;s omnium. Sarah Hammer will begin her quest for her second medal of these Olympic Games tomorrow in the womenandrsquo;s omnium.
