These fully waterproof 20L panniers don’t have quite the ease of use of others we’ve tried but are still very high quality products – again made in Germany.
The Rixen and Kaul brackets need to be locked manually rather than clipped in and the lower bracket can only be adjusted horizontally.
The shortish straps mean you can’t overload these bags, but the positives more than make up for this: they’re tough, the Rixen and Kaul brackets are secure, the central pocket makes for easy packing and there’s a top inner pocket that’s handy for your valuables.
