Specialized Activate long-sleeved jersey review

Good for cooler days (that’ll be summer 2012 in the UK, then!), this jersey can be worn on its own or over a baselayer. It’s plenty comfortable and soft, with flat-stitched hems.

The fluoro flashes and reflective strips are a good safety touch, and though the two rear side pockets are quite narrow they’re very secure. The third middle one is quite large, plus there’s a smaller zipped one for valuables. We like the full zip too.

The Eighties-inspired neon panels won't be to everyone’s tastes, though.
