After four days of NCC racing in Wisconsin, the menand#39;s standings remain unchanged, but Laura van Gilderand#39;s Tour of Americaand#39;s Dairyland omnium win allowed her to chip away at Erica Allarand#39;s NCC womenand#39;s standings lead.
