Dombrowski wins queen stage and is back in pink at Baby Giro!
After soloing into the leaderandrsquo;s jersey on Monday and then suffering a puncture on Tuesday that caused him to lose it, Joe Dombrowski (Marshall, Va./Bontrager-Livestrong Team) took back the lead on Saturday at the Girobio (known in the U.S. as the Baby Giro)
