NTC: New names appear throughout NTC standings

The USA Cycling National Track Calendar continued with its third and fourth competitions of the eight-event calendar, the U.S. Sprint Grand Prix at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center in Trexlertown, Pa., and the U.S. Grand Prix of Sprinting at the Velodrome at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs, Colo. While the endurance events were at a premium, there were sufficient sprint contests to earn points in the standings.
