Bell Sequence helmet review

A sleeker, go-faster profile and 'is it on yet?' feel meant there was little we didn't like about the Sequence. A classic cross-country shape in a beautifully constructed shell – there are no sharp edges or hard lines on this helmet. The fit system is superb – it grips right round your head so there's less tendency to over-tighten in order to make it feel secure.

Adjustment, both up and down, and round can be done one-handed and the light-but-secure feel is astonishing. Did we mention that?! The vents are plentiful, the pads are soft and the graphics are interesting but subtle enough not to clash. We might wish for a slightly wider peak, but that would just make us picky.
