Giro Havik 2 sunglasses review

These glasses may not enhance performance to the point that mimicking Alberto Contador’s victory salute is justified, but what works for El Pistolero definitely worked for our test team.

A low-profile and well-shaped frame features subtle vents to keep lenses fog-free, and it only enters your peripheral vision when riding low in the drops.

Curved high-clarity Zeiss lenses fully cover your field of view, so even side winds can’t blow-dry your eyes, and together with the inconspicuous frame design, made it easy to forget you were wearing glasses at all.

They may be expensive, but precision-ground, interchangeable lenses like these (both included) don’t come cheap.
