Seeking candidates for At-large Director on USA Cycling Board

At the meeting of the USA Cycling (USAC) Board of Directors on July 13, 2011, the By-laws of USA Cycling were amended to provide for the addition of four At-Large Directors to the USAC Board, to be elected by the Board and to have such qualifications as the Board may determine. The At-Large Directors will serve staggered two-year terms, with a limit of four consecutive terms. The USAC Board intends to elect such At-Large Directors in due course as qualified candidates are identified.
