Phinney and Talansky are 15th and 16th in worlds time trial

The UCI Road World Championships continued on Wednesday with the elite menandrsquo;s time trial where first year pros Taylor Phinney (Boulder, Colo./BMC Racing) and Andrew Talansky (Napa, Calif./Garmin-Cervelo) posted the 15th and 16th fastest times for the U.S. squad.
